"Completion of the FIRST® LEGO® LEAGUE Athens Regional Contest of Attica and qualification to the Greek Final"
The FIRST® LEGO® League Attica Regional Robotics Competition, a co-organization of Eduact and the Region of Attica, was successfully held on Sunday, February 12.
The teams that qualified for the FIRST® LEGO® League GREECE FINAL in the CHALLENGE category are C3001 The Inventors, C3014 Legolers, C3015 LOS JAPES, C3022 Moving Minds, C3023 RoboticAlienz, C3028 Robots@UP 2, C3031 iRobot, C3051 PanEll - Robotica.gr, C3053 I. Tsiamoulis and C3073 Future Workers.
With their presence we were honoured by: Mayor of Egaleo Yannis Gikas, representative of the Municipality of Athens Poppi Domazou, Municipal Councillor, Agatha Karanika Corporate Communications Manager of TITAN Cement Company, Vivi Dania from the Communication & Public Relations Department of Motor Oil Group, who gave medals to all the contestants. Deputy Minister of Education Zetta M. Makri addressed the children and congratulated them for their efforts. The competition was also attended by Konstantinos Kyranakis, Member of the Greek Parliament, who watched and admired the work of the children.
