Job Shadowing

Programms

Our Job Shadowing programmes offer professionals the opportunity to gain first-hand experience, observe innovative practices, and exchange knowledge within a dynamic learning environment. Participants can explore the daily operations, methodologies, and approaches implemented by our organisation and partner network while developing new ideas and perspectives relevant to their professional field.

Each programme is individually designed according to the participant’s professional profile, learning objectives, and Erasmus+ project priorities.

We provide flexible and personalised Job Shadowing experiences in a variety of areas such as education and training, project management, digital innovation, communication, community engagement, and organisational development. Additional thematic areas can be explored according to the interests and objectives of the sending organisation.

Through our network of local and international partners, participants may also have the opportunity to visit educational institutions, NGOs, innovation hubs, technology centres, social enterprises, and other organisations relevant to their learning goals.
