Who we are
Our ambitions define who we really are. Our vision for the future? To bring future education to our world, today!
By introducing the concept of innovation into the educational process, we aim to give prominence to the talented young individuals and provide them with stimuli for creativity. Research, playful learning and fun are put together to equip young individuals with useful skills for future citizens.
In order to achieve our goals, we have created a network of volunteers who collaborate with important honorary and active university professors. Our volunteers demonstrate professionalism and commitment in their work. Important entities and strategic partners are involved in our effort to build the education for the future. We have the right people on our side.
If you want to make your vision come true, it is important to see your vision in the inspirer´s eyes. Kostas Vasiliou in responsible for the educational programmes is Western Thessaloniki and is one of the 200 LEGO Foundation instructors. Through eduACT, he managed to make his vision to introduce innovation into the educational process come true.
- OUR PHILOSOPHY -
The key to success is good collaboration. Most of eduACT supporters are in Thessaloniki, however, our network spreads out around the world. We build future education by establishing good collaborations.
eduACT encourages young people to assume positions of responsibility in our workshops and projects at a regional and/or international level. As a result, they develop leadership skills and other important skills for their daily life.
To make good use of a talent, the first step is to find it. Through our workshops and projects, we offer children the opportunity to show and develop their talents.
LEARNING TO LEARN, WITH A REASON
The foundation of the educational process lies on arousing children's interest in learning. We can bridge the gap between conventional education and skills for successful professionals by making children love learning through research based methodologies and fun activities.
