Innovation and entrepreneurship are no longer limited to starting businesses; they are essential mindsets that empower young people to identify opportunities, solve problems creatively, collaborate effectively, and transform ideas into meaningful action.
This experiential course combines entrepreneurship education with the development of key soft skills, helping participants strengthen their leadership potential, self-confidence, communication abilities, and teamwork competences. Through interactive workshops, mentoring sessions, business simulations, and innovation challenges, participants will learn how to turn an idea into a viable project while developing the personal and professional skills needed to thrive in the 21st century.
Inspired by startup methodologies and entrepreneurial learning approaches, the course encourages creativity, initiative, resilience, and active participation while connecting students with real-world examples from the innovation ecosystem.
