European Solidarity Corps (ESC)

European Solidarity Corps is the European Union's new initiative, which creates opportunities for young people who wish to do volunteer work or work in programs for the benefit of communities and individuals across Europe.

The program builds on the previous experience and structure of the European Voluntary Service (EVS) program, which is its previous program, presenting key similarities in function and form.

Since 2018 eduACT has been the hosting organization and hosts volunteers through the European Program "European Solidarity Corps" (former European Voluntary Service) in Thessaloniki. Currently eduACT is hosting 3 volunteers from Hungary and Italy for 10 months participating in the project "Roma.Bots" which is being implemented under the auspices of the "United Balkan Societies".
